Settlement of Wagers
Statistics provided by the Press Association (PA) will be used to settle wagers. Where PA statistics are not provided or there is significant evidence that the PA statistics are incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support wager settlement.
Specific to Match, Team, and Player Statistics markets, settlement will be determined by Opta provided data and according to their definitions of individual statistics.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, wagers will be settled based on our own statistics.
Wagers on a match or qualification are not affected if a team is subsequently disqualified from or re-instated to the competition.
For any Futures markets that would naturally include a New Jersey state based College team or Stoke City, in the event of such a team being declared the winning outcome where only one winner is declared then all losing bets on non-winning outcomes within the specified market will be deemed no action and wagers returned to the customers. For markets in which multiple winning outcomes are declared and Stoke City occupies a winning place then all bets are deemed action and will be settled without the Stoke City.
