Each Way Extra bets are considered an offset to standard Win/Place terms. In the event of scratches, if the standard Win/Place terms change, then the Each Way Extra terms will also change accordingly (including changes to the number of places available and/or the market place fraction). In the event of the number of runners in the race being equal to or less than the number of places offered at time of bet placement then bets will be deemed no action.

We may offer additional (Enhanced) places on certain horse races above the aforementioned standard terms. Where we do offer an additional place(s), we reserve the right to alter the place terms from one quarter to one fifth. e.g., if we offer 4 places in a Handicap race with 12-15 runners this will be at -500 the odds and not a -400. Enhanced place race terms are dependent on the number of horses that are in a race at the off. In the event of scratches we reserve the right to change the place terms offered for subsequent bets placed. In the event of the number of runners in the race being equal to or less than the number of places offered at time of bet placement, then bets will be deemed no action.

When Fixed Odds Betting is available with 3 or more runners, bet365 may offer Fixed Odds Exacta Wagers. Exacta betting involves predicting 1st and 2nd places in a race.

In the event of a scratch which is +900 or less in the bet365 Fixed Odds Win Market, Fixed Odds Exactas placed prior to the scratch will be paid at the bet365 closing fixed odds exacta price. For scratches over +900 the quoted price will stand.

In the event of only 2 runners starting a race, all Fixed Odds Exacta wagers will be deemed no action.

In the event of only 1 runner completing the race, a dividend will be declared equal to the bet365 closing price in the fixed odds win market.

When Fixed Odds Betting is available with 3 or more runners, bet365 may offer Fixed Odds Trifecta Wagers. Trifecta betting involves predicting 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in a race.

In the event of a scratch which is +900 or less in the bet365 Fixed Odds Win Market, Fixed Odds Trifectas placed prior to the scratch will be paid at the bet365 closing fixed odds trifecta price. For scratches over +900 the quoted price will stand.

In the event of only 2 runners starting a race, all Fixed Odds Trifecta bets will be deemed no action.

In the event of only 2 runners completing the race, the result will be settled with a dividend being declared equal to the bet365 closing fixed odds exacta price, assuming the initial Trifecta bet contains the 2 finishers in the correct placings, with any of the other runners to finish third.

In the event of only 1 runner completing the race, a dividend will be declared equal to the bet365 closing price in the fixed odds win market.
