Settlement of Wagers
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or event will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
Futures Betting
For all Futures and Tournament specific markets, including markets such as To Win Group/To Reach The Final/Name The Finalists, bets will be deemed no action if the scheduled number of games are not completed, unless the outcome is already determined. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets.
If a specific series of matches, stages or round (e.g., Group Phase), or a competition in its entirety is not completed for any reason, then where bets have been placed on a market after the final completed relevant match, bets will be deemed no action.
Abandoned, Interrupted, and Postponed Matches
Postponed matches are deemed no action unless rearranged and played within 5 days of the original scheduled match time.
If a match is interrupted but subsequently resumed (from the point in the match at which it was interrupted) and played to a finish within 48 hours of the original scheduled match time, all bets will stand on the match.
Otherwise, if the match is resumed but not finished within 48 hours of the original scheduled match time, this will be treated as an abandonment and bets on the original match will be deemed no action, except for bets whose outcome had already been determined, prior to the initial interruption in the match.
If a match is interrupted for any reason and is replayed in full, this will be treated as an abandonment and bets on the original match will be deemed no action, except for bets whose outcome had already been determined prior to the initial interruption in the match.
Match Betting
Unless stated otherwise, all bets will be settled based on the score at the end of the scheduled 40 minutes regulation time, and exclude extra time, if played. All match betting markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 60 minutes play unless otherwise stated. If the scheduled 60 minutes is not played, then bets will be deemed no action; with the exception of markets where the result has already been determined.

Specifically for any competition that uses a Mercy Rule, in the event of such a Rule being called in a match, all bets will stand on the score at the time.
If a match venue is changed, then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match play the match at the away team venue, then bets will stand providing the home team is still officially designated as such. Otherwise, bets will be deemed no action.
Half Bets
The designated half must be completed for bets to stand, unless the outcome of the specific market is already determined. This excludes overtime, if played.
Live In Game Betting
A match must be completed in full for bets to stand, unless the outcome of the specific market is already determined. All Live In Game match markets exclude overtime if played, except the following:

Money Line 3-Way (Inc OT/SO) - if the match is determined in regulation time, this market will be settled on the outcome at that time.

Top Non-European Team
To determine the best non-European team, the following criteria will be used for settlement purposes: the team with the highest place will finish first. In the event of no teams being placed, then first will be settled by the team who accrued the most points in the group stages. The next criterion used will be the team with best goal difference, and lastly, by the team with most goals. If still tied, then dead-heat rules apply.
Tournament MVP/Tournament All-Star Team Goalkeeper/Tournament Best Defender/Team Fair Play
Settlement will be based on the results as published by the official tournament governing body.
Tournament Matchups
The highest official ranking (provided by the tournament governing body) will be used to determine settlement except when teams are eliminated at the same stage and no ranking is available to distinguish settlement – in which case, bets will be deemed no action.
