Settlement of Wagers
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
Match Betting
Outright Betting
Non-runner no-bet. Outright markets may be subject to a Rule 4 (Deduction).
Pre-Game Match Betting
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
In-Play Betting
Bets on any match market abandoned before the full completion of the statutory number of legs/sets will be void, except for those bets the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of abandonment. For example, Total Legs quote has been exceeded at the time of abandonment.
Handicap 2-Way and 3-Way Leg Betting/Set Betting
In the event of the statutory number of legs/set not being completed, changed, or differing from those offered for betting purposes then all bets are void. All bets will be void if match is not completed.
Leg/Set and Outcome Markets
Double Chance 2-way
All bets void if match is not completed.
First Leg/Set Markets
All bets void if the first leg/set is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.
Total Legs/Sets
If match is not completed then all bets are void unless the quote has been exceeded.
Race to 3 Legs
Either player must win 3 legs for bets to stand.
Leader After 4/6/8/10/12/14 Legs
The first 4/6/8/10/12/14 legs must be completed for bets to stand.
Score After 4/6 Legs
The first 4/6 legs must be completed for bets to stand.
First/Final Leg Winning Double - Colour
The Bull counts as red. The leg must be completed for bets to stand.
First Leg Winning Double - Value
The Bull counts as Any Other. The leg must be completed for bets to stand.
Checkout and Scoring Markets
Individual Player Checkouts
If match is not completed then all bets are void unless the quote has been exceeded.
Individual Player Averages
All bets void if the match is not completed. Bets settled from results on the official Tournament Website.
Highest Checkout 3-Way
If match is not completed then all bets are void unless the quote has been exceeded.
Highest Checkout 2-Way
If match is not completed then all bets are void unless the quote has been exceeded. If players Tie then bets are void.
Checkout Total Markets
All bets void if the match, or relevant leg/set is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined. For 2-Way markets if players Tie then bets are void.
Next Leg Checkout
The Bull counts as red. The leg must be completed for bets to stand.
170 Finish in Match
All bets void if match is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.
9 Dart Finish
All bets void if match is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.
Player with first 100+ Checkout
If no 100+ checkout is registered in a match, bets will be void.
Checkout Markets
The Bull counts as red. The leg must be completed for bets to stand.
180s and Bullseye Markets
Most 180s (including Handicap)
All bets void if match not completed.
180s Total Markets
All bets void if the match, or relevant leg/set is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.
First 180
All bets void if match is not completed, unless the outcome is already determined. If no 180 is scored bets will be void.
First 180 (3 Way)
All bets void if match is not completed, unless the outcome is already determined. If no 180 is scored ‘Neither’ will be settled as the winner.
A 180 in Every Set (including Player)
In the event of a match starting but not being completed bets will be void, unless settlement is already determined e.g. If only one Set of a match is played, but ‘no’ 180 is thrown, then the outcome is determined.
‘Every Set’ refers to a match played to its natural conclusion.
Bullseye Finish Markets (Total in Match / Player Totals / Combos)
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined.
Match Completion and Abandonment Markets
Match / Set Double
Predict, in the form of two correct outcomes, from the options of Most 180s, Highest Checkout and To Win Match Market.
Any Other Outcome is offered and covers a Tie in Most 180s or the Highest Checkout market. All bets will be void if match is not completed.
Match / Set Treble
Predict, in the form of three correct outcomes, from the options of Most 180s, Highest Checkout and To Win Match Market.
Any Other Outcome is offered and covers a Tie in Most 180s or the Highest Checkout market. All bets will be void if match is not completed.
Double Result (Legs/Sets)
Predict the result after the specified number of legs/sets and the overall winner of the match. All bets void if match is not completed.
Match Double – To Win Match, Most 100+ Checkouts
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be void.
If no 100+ checkout is registered in a match, or the Most 100+ Checkouts outcome is a Tie, then ‘Any Other’ will be deemed the winning participant for settlement purposes.
First Dart and Break of Throw Markets
First Dart Markets
Settlement is on the first dart or set of darts thrown in a specified leg/set.
A Bounce Out is deemed as Other for settlement purposes.
In a match format where Double In is used, the market will be void if offered in error.
First Break Of Throw
All bets void if match is not completed, unless the outcome is already determined.
If there is no break of throw in the match bets will be void.
Specials Markets
Premier League Specials
To Reach/Not to Reach the Semi Final - The player must take part in one league match for bets to stand.
League Phase Position - Settlement will be determined by the players finishing position in the league phase of the competition (following the Night 16 fixtures). Dead-heat rules apply.
Regular Season Winner - For settlement purposes this refers to the player who tops the league table following Night 16 fixtures.
Darts Weekly Specials (Premier League)
Bets on any of the below listed weekly markets will be void if the scheduled number of matches do not take place, in the specified Premier League Week, unless the outcome has already been determined:
9 Dart Finish in week (Week 1,2,3 etc)

Will Selected Player Record a 9 Dart Finish in a Match - All bets void if match is not completed unless a 9 dart finish already achieved.
Will Selected Player Record a 9 Dart Finish in the Tournament - Player must throw 1 dart in the tournament for bets to stand.
Will There Be a 9 Dart Finish in the Tournament - Tournament must be completed. Bets stand regardless of player withdrawals.
Tournament Match-Ups
When players are eliminated at the same stage of the tournament bets will be void.
