Your account needs to be fully verified in order to withdraw your funds. If your account is not verified, you will be unable to withdraw.

How to check your details
Your payment details need to be registered correctly to ensure that your withdrawal is successful.
To check your payment details:

Go to My Account and select Bank.

You can then review the payment method on your account.

To withdraw your funds, select My Account, Bank and then Withdraw.

Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully withdraw your funds.
Error messages
In some cases, you may receive an error message when you attempt to withdraw, each error code is unique and relates to the reason you are unable to withdraw. As an example NPM01, is an error message that displays when there is no active payment method registered on your account, please visit What does NPM01 mean? for more information.
Withdrawals to alternative payment methods
Where possible we will return any winnings back to the same payment method that was used to deposit funds into the account. If it is not possible to withdraw back to the same deposit method, you will be notified and we will look to process your withdrawal to your bank account using Bank Wire.
