Important Tip
You must register your name with bet365 as it appears on your identification documents.
Should we require further information from you, you will receive a pop-up to request you to provide supporting documentation.
Acceptable documents
Where supporting documentation is required to verify your account, please ensure:

All four corners of your document are clearly visible.

Your ID document is in date, and any proof of address documents are dated within the last six months.

The name, date of birth and full address and postal code shown on your document, matches the details as you have registered them to your bet365 account.

Submitting documents for review
To upload your documents, follow the steps below:

Select the Account Menu
from the top-right of your screen.

Go to My Account and choose Verification.

Click the link to upload your documents, then choose the document type you wish to upload.

Select the files to be uploaded.

Review your submitted documents and finalise your uploads; press the red X next to an image or press Clear All in the top-right to change. When finalised, you are presented with message to notify you if your upload has been received.
Review timeframes
We aim to review your documents as soon as possible. Once the review is complete, we will notify you by email.

Good to know
Once your account has completed our verification process, all the facilities offered by bet365 will be open to you, this includes the ability to make withdrawals.
